About Us

Ethos {

For us, nothing is more exciting than a good idea. We believe that good ideas, properly executed, form the foundation for effective marketing campaigns, cohesive brands, and enduring businesses. Our goal is to compliment that good idea by producing work that is conceptually intrusive and relevant in the marketplace. We love our work and strive to end each day with our integrity intact.

Tony Upton

I Graduated from Nossi College of Art in 2002 with a degree in Commercial Art. I am currently working on a Bachelors degree in English from Texas A&M University. I am 34 years old, married, and father of 2 beautiful little girls.

My favorite pastime is the act of looking. I examine everything I come in contact with. I collect books, magazines, brochures, maps, postcards, mailers, playbills, menus, screen shots, photographs, color swatches, and anything else that reminds me of where I have been or want to go, have seen or would like to see, or wish I had thought of before someone else did.

The start of a new project is an exciting time for me. I enjoy interacting with people in a creative way. I thrive on creative research, discovery, and problem solving. I am fulfilled when my client's expectations have been met or exceeded. I love what I do.

Meeting client needs and expectations, with the best use of the best technology possible and optimizing project costs is what I am passionate about. Mac. Open Source. UNIX command-line arts. Optimizing. Documenting. Automating processes.

With a BS in Computer Science - certified in Software Engineering and a Masters in IT Management (CIO specialty) from the Monterrey Institute of Technology and my work with Intellamed, AMCO, Google/ITESM Innovation Cell and Designio, I have over eight years of quality work experience in software development and management of IT projects.

I live enjoying nature. Camping, hiking surrounded by the forest mountains of my hometown, running at the beach and breathing the morning sea. Not for exercise: I am not The Walrus, just a Fool on the Hill. I love almost any kind of music, especially classical music and classic rock. Not too much TV. Reading is better. Time with my wife and son is best.

I have a Bachelors degree in Computer Science and 12 years of experience in Web Development. I specialize in UX optimization.

I love my job because I can always be on the cutting edge, always learning, always trying out new technologies. I'm passionate about my work and take great pride in it. Old browsers are the enemy, and the enemy must be conquered, without affecting the work on modern browsers. I firmly believe that premium browsers should get a premium experience when visiting a site.

When I'm not geeking out on the computer I love rocking out to all things Hard Rock and Heavy Metal. I also love sports, especially Football and Hockey. I used to play Middle Line Backer and then turned to coaching kids. But what I really love is when México plays an international fútbol game. You should've seen me when México won the U17 World Cup in July 2011... on second thought, it's probably best that you didn't.
